8th grade boys Individual must see players 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago
I saw Dodds play and the flota kid is the real deal. Harrisburg has Henshaw who just might be the best in the age group for S.I. Both are similar with their game, they are both triple threats, but they also have the talent around them. I saw the two boys from selmaville play ( cant remember their names) they are both solid players, just handicapped by their schedule for any real competiton. Saw the Mansker boy from DQ play against sparta, he has super slasher skills and is tough as they come on D. Benton has a PG that was super fast and good ball control, a little outta control at times but soild. Saw the collinsville boy play(IDK his name) but he is definitly some one to go check out. Thats my top players I've seen thus far, please feel free to add, im jsut tryin to get a good list of players of the future together.

wildcat posted on another forum that Eli Scott from Carrier Mills is a top player to watch. Does anybody have schedule?

CARRIER MILLS HAS A SEVENTH GRADER THAT IS ONE OF THE BEST PLAYERS AROUND. EVERY COACH I'VE TALKED TO WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT WHO THEY"VE PLAYED AGAINST HE'S ALWAYS THE NAME THAT COMES UP. HE'S ABOUT 6'1" AND CAN DO IT ALL.

Eli Scott is a very good young player. He's quick and has great talent on both ends. H-burg obviously has the three-headed monster of talent there. Norris City has a strong team with Justin Knight being tough. Gallatin Co. has their big boy at 6-6, Andrew Drone. I've seen him play and he can be tough to contain. Daine Hish doesn't score as much due to the Drone boy, but he may be one of top guards in the area.

JUSTIN KNIGHT of NCOE.... 6'0" and can shoot, drive, and can post up... his d is lazy, but watch out for his offense. one of the best around.

Meridian has an 8th grader...Tysean Parker who has had les than 24 points only twice this year and led the bobkits ( 6 total players eligible for the eighth grade team) to a 7-2 clip almost single-handedly since 4 starters are ineligible until after Christmas break for grades. Parker ( 6' 2'' plays light out defense and can jump out of the gym.
