Altamont Lutheran is also a team to watch out for. They beat Louisville North Clay, which is a class M team, 7-6 in an 9 inning game. That was also North Clay's 1st loss of the season. They are now 11-1.Altamont is now 7-3 on the season.Altamont Lutheran's batting is great, plays solid D, and the pitchers are consistent.

I think this division is wide open. St. Marys is very tough, Rome hits well, Woodlawn is solid, and there are some real sleepers if ya ask me. I have seen alot of the Jefferson county area teams play. I think when it comes to the Waltonville region it isn't as cut and dry as some think. 4 teams could win. Everyone say St. Marys but I believe they can be beat. They have already lost. Solid yes but dont always play together as a team in my vision. Woodlawn has a rounded team play good D and hit the ball. Bluford is young but my sleeper pick. They are streaky only 7-5 and gave away 2-4 games, but if their 8th grader pitches he has good offspeed stuff and control and wont give any cheap runs as long as the d plays(was told he had 9 k in 5 ip 1 hit), plus he is a super tough out. Im told they hit good pitching better than not. OBR also young but well coached play small ball and decent D. Will be interesting.
